Tax Assessing
Tax Payments: The Town is on a July 1st to June 30th fiscal year. We send one tax bill out between early and mid August. The one bill has two separate tear-off sections representing the two halves of the tax payment. The first half tax payment is due on or before October 15th and the second payment is due May 15th (of the following year).
The current year mil rate is $14.00 with 100% Certified Ratio for 2023.
