The Mechanic Falls Historical Society is a group of volunteers who make up a committee for the purpose of planning, collecting and displaying historic memorabilia related to Mechanic Falls and the immediate area.
The Society meets monthly and is currently planning fundraising activities for the financial support of their program located at the Town Office located at 108 Lewiston Street.
Their mission is to take all the memorabilia that has been store in a cramped room upstairs in the library and bring it out for the public to see and enjoy. Their goal is to display items at the church for towns people and church goers alike.
If you would like more information about the Society, would like to volunteer on the committee, have historical artifacts or memorabilia that you would like to donate or would like to make a financial contribution, please contact the Historical Society.
